Requires the following PRs to be merged:
Adds the Roc's Feather, Golden Feather, Amulet of Energy, Great Fairy's Sword and Enhanced Spin for Child Dungeon Rush. The last four items are given when you reach Ganon's Castle. The Roc's Feather is given when you reach Forest Temple.
Also sets max shield durability for each shield should the Shield Durability option be enabled.
Meant to be used with the new normalized dungeon design while will now rely on the Roc's Feather.
