Summary

Prepare version 0.9.2 from the changes since v0.9.1 without creating a tag or publishing a release.

  • Migrate unversioned 0.9.1 settings to schema 2, preserving device aliases, connection policies and other preferences. Keep unsupported files intact and rewrite migrated settings through the existing atomic writer.
  • Organize the Visual Studio Solution Explorer for the app, control, CoreRuntime and CoreTests projects. Validate all project item mappings in the Build workflow.
  • Update the changelog, installation guidance, Store notes in eight locales, dependency notice and release metadata test fixture.

Validation

  • x64 headless CoreTests and unsigned x64/ARM64 Release package builds passed.
  • Both MSIX packages verified as version 0.9.2.0 with the expected identity, architecture and required license notices.
  • Five seeded CoreTests stress runs, MSVC code analysis and clang-tidy passed.
  • Visual Studio filter coverage, localization, markdown links and 0.9.2 release metadata passed.

Release boundary

This PR prepares 0.9.2 only. It does not create a version tag, GitHub release, Store submission or App Installer publication. The existing audio limitations tracked in issues #1 and #13 remain disclosed in the changelog.
