The Debian revision declares and selects the versioned Go 1.26.8 compiler available in Parrot echo-backports, while preserving offline vendored builds and GOTOOLCHAIN=local. It declares amd64/arm64 support and uses the submitted maintainer contact.
Vendored licenses, copyright notices and bundled BPF header licenses are mapped explicitly. The four existing Apache NOTICE files are verified against their version-matched upstream copies and installed with the binary. Source URLs and hashes are recorded in debian/notice-provenance.json. Debian files use LF endings, and changelog dates follow verified release publication times.
DEP-8 checks now inspect the compressed man page, installed notices, and the actual completion subcommand. Missing runtime prerequisites produce SKIP; tracing failures fail the runtime check.
Validation: required repository CI passes at 423d3d0. Final Parrot-archive source builds, strict source/binary lintian, installed non-kernel tests and bit-identical second builds pass on AMD64 and ARM64: https://github.com/Mutasem-mk4/gspy/actions/runs/37206499149. The pinned official Git helper needs a documented one-line compatibility patch removing unsupported -us/-uc flags forwarded to sbuild; qualification covers the corrected helper. The first ARM64 second-build attempt failed downloading dependencies from an unavailable mirror; the identical-source retry passes.
The exact source-built Go package bytes pass 16 native acceptance groups per architecture: https://github.com/Mutasem-mk4/gspy/actions/runs/37209538865. A real Parrot VM passes seven installed-user journeys, revision-1 to revision-2 upgrade, preserved pre-upgrade evidence, removal, and the strict procscope DEP-8 runtime test: https://github.com/Mutasem-mk4/gspy/actions/runs/37209387421. Container autopkgtest explicitly skips that machine-isolation runtime test; it is independently required to PASS in the VM.
Upstream remains 1.1.2; Debian is 1.1.2-2. Existing release assets remain available.
