created decoder2by4.cpp file with additional signals created monitor.h file containing the implementation of the monitor module created driver.h file containing the implementation of the driver module created instances of the modules interconnected the modules
added a NOT gate created a not_gate module and created two instances of the module
created two instances creaded two instances of AND gates.
created a makefile created nandgate.h ,notgate.h,nandgate.cc and notgate.cc files created 4 instances of the nand module created a readme file
added images
modified the makefile instatiated 4 modules of the dff interconnected the modules
