Blank object correspondences data table

I'm getting blank Object Correspondence data tables when I run the latest version of the mask instant comparator. The images I tested are in this folder. How do I get an Object Correspondence table with data? Thank you for your help!

I forgot in last realease to implement this function for label approach in 2D. It was still there for ROI approach. This is solved in version 1.09, please update the plugin.

btw if you are interested in cell segmentation and quantification, you can chek my other tool called MIC-MAQ here the manual is not up-to-date but the tool is working well here in Institut Curie (Orsay).
