Keeping CTS edition up to date with the TEI paragraphs edition

Because of when I originally created the CTS edition before the summer started, all of the edits we've made since then to the original edition haven't shown up to the CTS edition. We should come up with a way to pass those edits between editions. This is most apparent when the edits serve to create more ANA tags on some of the empty K'iche' sections.

As we discussed yesterday, Raf and I will meet sometime in the future to discuss creating an .xlst program that would essentially convert the updated current TEI paragraphs edition to the CTS-compliant edition every time we build the site to show any updates.
