…авил race condition в функции чека идемпотентности
…ions_handlers добавил функции encode/decode в хелперы для переиспользования
- добавлен идентификатор семейства рефреш токенов - сохранено семейство при ротации токена - повтороное использование токена отзывает только его семейство - остальные сессии пользователя остаются активными - добавлена миграция и обновлены unit-тесты
повторный запрос с тем же ключом возвращает исходный перевод, а использование ключа с другими параметрами приводит к конфликту. запись об идемпотентности сохраняется атомарно с изменением балансов.
