Error Textures with Carved Wood + Every Compat

The vertical slabs and steps has error textures until F3 + T pressed in game to reload the assets, which immediately fixes the issue.

To reproduce the issue you need the following mods with their dependencies:

• Carved Wood
• Clutter No More
• Every Compat
• Any mod that adds a new wood type, such as Enderscape or Regions Unexplored

After you've installed those enter a world and look at any modded wood's Every Compat variant for Carved Wood, the vertical slabs and steps will have error textures.

I'm the DEV of EveryCompat. Found some clues and here's the few pictures:

Blockstates folder

models/item folder

KEY POINTS:

• the picture for models/block is not needed because it has the same issue as blockstates where it has no everycomp folder.
• models/item has the everycomp folder

DETAILS:

I've set runtime_asset_generation = true via client.toml in Clutter No More (CNM) config. to see if CNM can generate the files.

Somehow, blockstates and models/block aren't generated but models/item is generated. Hopefully, this is a good clue for you to find the problem and fix it.

No idea. It's a bit of a hard one, I think it's a timing issue with Moonlight (CNM generates models really early in the lifecycle), but I'm not sure there's a clean fix. One option could be to rerun the CNM model generation strictly after Moonlight finishes... don't know how easy that'd be without a soft dependency on it though
