ci: format the contributors workflow so the format check passes - #17

The contributors wall workflow added in 1d6de7b used double quotes, which this repository's Prettier config rejects. Since 13 October `npm run format` has failed on main and on every pull request, including Dependabot's. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

npm run formathas failed onmainsince 13 October, and on every pull request since then, including Dependabot #15 and #16. The tests pass. Prettier rejects one line in.github/workflows/contributors.yml, added with the contributors wall in 1d6de7b: double quotes where this repository uses single quotes.This formats that one line.
