Merge origin/staging and resolve conflicts

Merged the staging branch from origin into the current working branch. Resolved a conflict in api/routes/index.js where both branches had added new API routes. The resolution ensures both configApiRoute and discordPunishmentsApiRoute are correctly imported and registered.
