- Added StatRegistry for tracking and remapping stats and achievements
- Added template classes for stats and achievements
- Added custom stats and achievements serialization that doesn't interfere with vanilla ones
- Fixed stats screen renderer to account for modded blocks and items
- Assigned string identifiers to vanilla stats and achievements
