Failure to minify valid css

When attempting to minify the following file, I get the error Invalid block at line 205:26

As far as I can tell, the file is completely valid CSS, according to VSCode and firefox. I can't seem to replicate the error in a minimal example.

These files are large and pretty complex, using calc, content with unicode characters and the like.

I've run into this with simple CSS files (200 lines of single selector/property per-line file) where I couldn't trim the file to a one that parses.

The W3 validator said the original CSS file was fine, and after deleting 4 blocks that the error pointed at, I kept getting different blocks to blame and gave up minifying the failure example, but if there's interest in diving into it I could try to provide a small example.
