- Makefile targets build-mcode-harness and build-mcode-runtime; scripts/acceptance and its catalog projection (render_installer, protocols in the catalog dump); scripts/harness-catalog/main_test.go - Dead node installer args.system branch; .npmrc references; OAC_RUNTIME_CODEX_HARNESS_BIN, OAC_DATA_DIR and OAC_WEB_INSTALLATION_SOCKET test uses, AGENTS_REUSE_E2E_SERVERS - Daemon install --interactive, start --foreground, the logout command and auth.Delete - Unrun Core acceptance scripts and helpers only they imported - Live tests gated on variables nothing sets or documents (Claude executor/SDK/workspace, Codex native, MiniMax Code native, MCP bearer, large source file, node health probe, environment key binary) - packages/tsconfig folded into tsconfig.base.json; unused root .gitignore entries

Pure deletion of code, settings and tests with no caller. Kept (caller found): packages/agents-client/v1 Go client (run by services/core/tests/official_client.py in API acceptance); official_environment_{composition,network,templates} and their helper scripts (named in contracts/agents-api/harness-onboarding.md); official_hosted_*_native.py (documented); OAC_TEST_MCODE_REAL_OPTIONS tests (documented).
Checks passed: deploy/node and deploy/compose unittests, scripts/ci_plan_test.py, make check-harness-catalog, make check-ci, make check-claude-sdk, go build/vet ./..., go test for daemon cli/codex/auth/claudesdk/mcode, go vet for integration, runtimegateway, node, filepg. Not run: make check, website translation test (no docs changed).
