Summary
Add two full-width scrolling logo rows between landing section 10 and the closing section: 14 harness/model brands and 12 cloud/compute brands. White marks float over the existing page background; tighter spacing connects the documentation, logo wall and outro.
Bundle SVG artwork with source and license notices. Include English/Chinese labels, opposite scrolling directions, pause controls and reduced-motion support.
