Release blocker
The v0.24.1 release run's ARM macOS job was cancelled before runner allocation with GitHub's explicit macOS 14 brownout annotation: https://github.com/Microck/kagi-cli/actions/runs/41217227980/job/124584649663 . GitHub retires that image on November 2 and recommends macos-15 or newer: https://github.blog/changelog/2026-10-01-github-actions-macos-14-runner-image-retirement/ .
Minimal repair
Change only the existing ARM64 macOS matrix runner from macos-14 to macos-15. The aarch64-apple-darwin target, seven-platform matrix, validation, artifacts, permissions and publication gates are unchanged.
