ion-select value doesn't update when changing language

How to reproduce :

• Go to Settings
• Look at ion-select value (e.g "Anonymous")
• Change language (e.g. en => fr)
• ion-select value didn't switch to "Anonyme"

• Same problem described here, illustrated with an animated gif
• Other similar problem

Couldn't find a solution yet...
