weather and lightning at global scale, any country limitations

I have been trying to search on the documentation if the weather and lightning information are provided for every location world wide, as it is mentioned global scale in the documentation. Therefore I want to confirm that it is world-wide without any country limitation as other APIs provide the information only for a sub-set of the countries.
