feat: enable web3modal on android devices

Description

This PR re-enables importing and rendering the Web3Modal on Android in order to allow WC connections on that platform.

Context

@MetaMask/wallet-integrations is adding appwright based E2E tests for WalletConnect flows and this change would unblock that without having to fork or create an additional test-dapp.

Recording

small set of E2E's running locally against the test-dapp for validation
