Explanation

First step of the output revamp: the CLI output now renders with @clack/prompts, in one block with a left gutter.

• CliOutput keeps its methods and maps them onto clack. Colors use node:util styleText; chalk and ora are removed.
• The Yarn steps run through a new task method: their output streams inside the block while they run (last 10 lines), disappears when they succeed, and stays on screen when they fail.
• Plain output is unchanged in spirit: no colors and no spinners when a stream is not a color terminal, in CI, with NO_COLOR, or with TERM=dumb.
• Ctrl+C or Escape during a step exits with code 130 instead of 0.
• Message text is unchanged; the following PRs rework the errors, the warnings, and the summary.
