- refactor: abstract layer and move spatial skel commands to skeleton dir
- fix: correct merge anchor problems with non visible seg previously you had to make the segment visible and then pick the node again also fixes some action key guards which are not needed and an usused message
- fix: allow chain merges
- fix: allow merge after undo
- feat: allow merge banner to track visibility
- fix: remove old uneeded complication on selected handling
- fix: remove double active bind already handled in layer
- refactor: remove dead code
- refactor: clean up some unused code and duplication
