To run

• Install PHP, Laravel, Docker
• Clone the repository and add it to docker
• Set up a sail alias that points to ./vendor/bin/sail
• Run sail up in one shell instance
• Run sail npm run dev in another instance
• Run sail artisan db:seed to generate the example database
• Navigate to localhost to login or register
