docs(ai): compare runtime and model redistribution licenses #93

Closed

Description

@McanKul

Add a concise licensing matrix for the runtime and baseline-model candidates being considered in #75.

Scope

For each candidate, record:

  • Runtime and model name/version.
  • SPDX identifier or exact license name.
  • A link to the primary license text.
  • Whether redistribution, modification, and commercial use are permitted.
  • Required notices, attribution, or source-code obligations.
  • Any model-specific acceptable-use or geographic restrictions.

Acceptance criteria

  • Every statement links to a primary license or official model card.
  • Unknown or ambiguous terms are marked for review instead of guessed.
  • The document separates runtime licensing from model-weight licensing.
  • This issue gathers verifiable facts; it does not provide legal advice or choose the final runtime.
