test(desktop): preserve order and prevent duplicate OS Open With intake #110
Description
Goal
Protect OS “Open With” intake when several paths arrive together or the same path is delivered more than once.
Scope
- Preserve operating-system input order.
- Define duplicate behavior across cold-start argv, macOS Opened events, and second-instance delivery.
- Prevent queue/event timing from replaying one delivery.
- Keep unsupported paths recoverable.
- Do not start an operation or change route.
Acceptance criteria
- Supported files reach the workspace in deterministic order.
- Duplicate tokens are handled consistently.
- Switching from the cold-start queue to live events cannot replay a delivery.
- Spaces and non-ASCII paths remain unchanged.
- Backend and frontend tests require no real desktop shell.
- Open the PR against
development.

Hi! I’d like to work on this issue. I’ll make OS “Open With” intake deterministic, prevent duplicate deliveries across cold-start and live events, preserve unsupported paths for recovery, and add regression coverage without changing routing or operation startup behavior. Please assign the issue to me if possible.

Implemented in #113. Thanks again @Aaqibhafeezkhan — preserving the intake order and covering duplicate delivery gives us a solid regression guard.
