The model breakdown exposed the collector placeholder
codex-unknownwhen Codex usage lacked a model identity. DisplayUnknownfor those rows in both the compact and table layouts, and bump the package and lockfile to 0.3.13.Validation:
npm run check,bb plugin build, andgit diff --checkpassed locally. CI runs the type check, full test suite, and plugin build.
