maybe not authenticated in with gh cli/token? @Zeviraty
I am authenticated (re-authenticating doesnt work) and it can fetch my pr's & issues
clearing the cache also doesnt work?
And if i wasnt authenticated it should error right? (and if not thats still a bug)

Are you building from source @Zeviraty
Zeviraty commentedon Jan 16, 2026
Yes as always! :3
Matars commentedon Jan 22, 2026
@Zeviraty im playing around with Ralph loops on gitfetch on a separate branch - just to get familiar with the loop
If you would like, check if this error persists on that branch.
https://github.com/Matars/gitfetch/tree/ralph
If you're interested I can also provide you the Ralph.sh + the md files im using.
I dont really have intentions of merging the Ralph branch atm - but so far im happy with the changes to be honest.

Hello @Matars!
I am experiencing the exact same issue as @Zeviraty when building from source on the latest version.
Following your suggestion, I tested the ralph branch, but unfortunately, the issue persists (I obtained the same result).
Is there any other information I can provide to help debug this? 🤔
Matars commentedon Feb 11, 2026
@Kr4is @Zeviraty could one of you check if this PR/branch fixes the problem?
#76
If the error persists try running
DEBUG=1 gitfechand if see if you get any helpful output. thanks in advance.Zeviraty commentedon Feb 11, 2026
I will check this today!

Hi @Matars!
I just tested the changes in PR #76 and it fixes the issue for me! The graph is displaying correctly now.
Here is a screenshot of the result:
@Zeviraty, have you had a chance to test it yet? Does it work for you as well?
Zeviraty commentedon Feb 12, 2026
It seems to work for me after a second run, but this also happened before.
It works now!
Matars commentedon Feb 12, 2026
@Kr4is @Zeviraty thanks for testing it for me! please open another issue if you see more problems
