为什么：awesome-ai-plugins 的收录扫描按未固定 Action 引用扣分，源码仓库仅 73/100，低于 75 的合并门槛；把 11 处引用固定到不可变 commit SHA 后为 80/100。仅改引用形式，版本与运行行为不变。

背景
awesome-ai-plugins 的收录要求对源码仓库的扫描分数不低于 75。当前仓库扫描为 73/100，主要缺口是
GITHUB_ACTION_UNPINNED；固定引用后同一扫描（plugin-scanner 3.57.0）为 80/100。验证
plugin-scanner 3.57.0复测：73 → 80，GITHUB_ACTION_UNPINNED检查通过。git diff --check通过。后续
合并后我会重新运行 awesome-ai-plugins#1123 的源码扫描；达到 75 分门槛后，收录 PR 才能进入合并流程。
