Format the PyMASL codebase to strictly adhere to PEP8 standards using black, isort, and ruff (with fixes). The goal was strictly stylistic consistency without changing business logic, ensuring proper indentation, quote usage, import sorting, and modern type annotations. Test modules with monkey-patched imports were protected.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 15591817929411327377 started by @MarcusStill

- Applied `isort` to organize imports.
- Applied `black` for code formatting (spacing, line length, quotes).
- Applied `ruff` to fix unused imports, modern type annotations, etc.
- Added `# ruff: noqa: F403, F405` to `modules/libfptr10.py` to prevent wildcard lint issues.
- Skipped fixes that alter logic (e.g., SIM117, duplicate test cases).
- Modified tests imports minimally with `# isort: split` and `# noqa: E402` to protect `sys.modules` monkey-patching.
