- Apply `isort` and `black` formatting to all Python files. - Add explicit type exports to `db/models/__init__.py` to fix unused import linting warnings. - Insert `# noqa: E402` and `# isort: split` in test files where mock imports must occur before module logic. - Suppress wildcard import linting errors (`F403`, `F405`) in autogenerated `libfptr10.py` with `# ruff: noqa`. - Ensure all logic remains functionally identical; only formatting and styling rules applied.
