Refactor project codebase for PEP8 compliance. Code was formatted using black and isort. Unused imports and unused wildcard variables in modules/libfptr10.py were silenced using noqa markers. Test mock issues regarding import order were fixed with # isort: split. No logical changes were made.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 18346938574343218597 started by @MarcusStill

- Apply `isort` and `black` formatting to all Python files.
- Add explicit type exports to `db/models/__init__.py` to fix unused import linting warnings.
- Insert `# noqa: E402` and `# isort: split` in test files where mock imports must occur before module logic.
- Suppress wildcard import linting errors (`F403`, `F405`) in autogenerated `libfptr10.py` with `# ruff: noqa`.
- Ensure all logic remains functionally identical; only formatting and styling rules applied.
