Refactor codebase to comply with PEP8 standards. Only formatting changes were applied using black, isort, and safe ruff checks. No functional logic was altered, and test files were protected to ensure they still run correctly.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 9377943199144605047 started by @MarcusStill

Applied `black` and `isort` for consistent code formatting and import sorting across the repository. Safely applied `ruff` fixes for minor linting errors, ensuring no logic was changed. Protected test files mocking `sys.modules` from being broken by formatters by utilizing `# isort: split` and `# noqa: E402`. Added missing `ruff: noqa: F403, F405` to autogenerated `libfptr10.py` to suppress wildcard import errors. No functional logic was altered, and all tests pass successfully.
