Apply Windows 10/11 UI styling

Adds a lightweight QSS file (files/style.qss) implementing a Windows 10/11 aesthetic (flat design, Segoe UI, blue accent). Modifies main.py to load and apply this stylesheet to the PySide6 QApplication safely, including proper cleanup logic.
