Implemented a new Windows 10/11 flat design aesthetic for the GUI by adding and loading a custom .qss file. Also updated deprecated PySide6 exec_() method calls to exec() and removed an invalid exec_() call on a QMainWindow.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8655048821516099579 started by @MarcusStill

- Added `files/style.qss` implementing a clean, flat aesthetic using Segoe UI and an accent color.
- Updated `main.py` to globally load and apply the new `.qss` file.
- Replaced deprecated `.exec_()` with `.exec()` on QDialog instances for full PySide6 compatibility.
- Safely removed invalid `window.exec_()` call on `QMainWindow` instance.
