Add `files/style.qss` defining a flat, light UI theme resembling Windows 10/11 using Segoe UI and standard Qt styling rules. This avoids heavy third-party dependencies while delivering a more modern look over the default Fusion style. Update `main.py` to read and apply the stylesheet on startup.
