Conversation
"Number of monitored seasons / episodes" and "Number of seasons / episodes" switch unit with the rule type: a show rule counts seasons, a season rule counts the episodes of that season. The glossary only said "seasons or episodes", which reads as if a season rule could count the show's seasons (Maintainerr/Maintainerr#3885).

The two Sonarr count properties now say what they count for each rule type: seasons on a show rule, that season's episodes on a season rule. Explains Maintainerr/Maintainerr#3885.
