Closes #180. The 3.30.0 snapshot was cut before this merged, so it still carries the 3.30.0 fixes #178 did not reach, plus the fixes since 3.30.0.

What was added

Page Change Upstream
api/settings.md The Streamystats test sends the stored Jellyfin key to the URL you give it. The page said it never does; it now carries a caution #3795
api/settings.md An empty TVDB key is refused with API key is required, so it can no longer wipe the stored key. An empty TMDB key tests the bundled key. No T*DB API key configured is gone #3795
api/settings.md Plex, Jellyfin and *arr tests say why they failed instead of a bare Failure or a blanket Invalid API key. The Jellyfin save gives up after five seconds #3795
api/settings.md The Seerr test rejects an Ombi URL #3849
api/settings.md, API.md GET /api/settings masks ten fields (Ombi's key too), and GET /api/settings/ombi is in the cleartext list #3779
api/settings.md GET /api/settings and the three *arr list routes answer 500 on a failed read #3847
api/notifications.md GET /api/notifications/configurations answers 500 on a failed read #3831
api/seerr.md, api/ombi.md, openapi-spec The Seerr requester route requires type (movie or tv) #3827
api/logs.md Logs follow DATA_DIR; the "DATA_DIR is ignored" note is replaced #3835
api/overlays.md Font uploads are capped at 32 MB (413) #3820
api/streamystats.md The item route reads fresh, not through the 20-minute cache #3859
api/watch-statistics.md The Tracearr item route confirms the bound server first and answers 502 if it cannot #3833
Rules.mdx Tag this content: renaming or switching the *arr server moves the tag on save, manual adds are not tagged, same-named groups share the tag #3826
Rules.mdx Sonarr episode actions match by TVDB episode id, and every episode in a multi-episode file is unmonitored before the file goes #3857
Rules.mdx Force reset Seerr record on a season rule keeps a request that also covers a season still there, and deletes it with the last of its seasons #3881
MediaServerSwitching.md When a switch deletes a section's first rule, the section keeps its AND/OR join #3875
Configuration.md A typed download-client URL is only cleared when switching away from a saved client #3830

Already covered by prior PRs

Drift item Where
Ombi, the Services section, per-server exclusion tags, Date Added sort, watch statistics API, overlay upload skip #178
Ombi tells the requester about a deleted request #179
Tag this content removing the tag when an item leaves (#3781) #104, #178

Deliberately not documented

Upstream Why
#3801, *arr library fallback Resolution now succeeds where it used to fail; no documented claim changes
#3811, #3834, #3850, shared Plex collection sort The sort now does what the docs already say
#3812, Emby sort fields Bug fix, no documented behaviour changes
#3828, connection test logging and the 60 s daily check The daily check is not documented; the API messages are unchanged
#3877, unreadable show or season Failed reads already stay unknown; Emby's collection properties now use the rule group's library, as the Glossary already describes
#3878, Emby metadata refresh Refresh metadata now does on Emby what Configuration.md already says
#3881, RequestMediaStatus.DELETED in contracts Internal to the Seerr removal; no API route exposes it
#3882, Docker base image No doc runs npm in the container or names an image package
#3832, #3858, #3860, #3870-#3874, #3880, #3883 UI fixes, tests, CI and dependency bumps

npm run format and npm run build pass with no broken links or anchors.

The drift report for #180 now spans v3.30.0 to HEAD. The 3.30.0 snapshot
was cut before this branch merged, so the Next docs still lack the fixes
#178 did not reach, and this carries them alongside the four fixes since.

Several API pages described behaviour the fixes reversed. The Streamystats
test said it never sends the stored Jellyfin key, and it now does. Posting
an empty TVDB key was documented as wiping the stored key, and it is now
refused. Four read routes answered a failed database read with 200 and now
answer 500. The logs route ignored DATA_DIR and now follows it. The font
upload had no size limit and is now capped at 32 MB. Each of those is
corrected in place rather than annotated.

Rules.mdx said a renamed rule group leaves its old *arr tag behind. The
save now moves it, and same-named groups keep a shared tag while any of
them holds the item. The Sonarr episode actions gain two sentences on the
TVDB episode id match and on multi-episode files, since both change which
episode or file an action touches.

The Seerr requester route takes a required type, so the OpenAPI spec gets
that parameter under all three aliases.

Since 3.30.0, Force reset Seerr record keeps a season request that still
covers another season, because Seerr cannot take one season out of a
request; Rules.mdx says so next to the matching Ombi sentence. A media
server switch that deletes a section's first rule now keeps that
section's AND/OR join, which MediaServerSwitching.md lists with the other
migration outcomes. The other fixes in range make the code match what
the docs already say, so they are left alone.
