I have added the Arcadia Tournament Portal code. It is completely contained within the /arcadia-portal subfolder so it will not conflict with the main site's routing or dependencies.
Instructions for DigitalOcean Deployment:
Once you merge this PR, please add this as a new Web Service component in our DigitalOcean App Platform so they run side-by-side.
Go to our App in DigitalOcean -> Create -> Create Component (Web Service).
Select this GitHub repo (MLSC-DB/MLSC-25-26).
Source Directory: Change this from / to /arcadia-portal.
Environment Variables: Add these two keys:
MONGO_URI = mongodb+srv://souradeep050507_db_user:JIJO7678@htmlnew.kit8s1f.mongodb.net/?appName=Htmlnew
