I've implemented G4CMP in the Sn cube (using Aluminum lattice for now). Additionally I have a GDS to JSON converter which I hope to parse into CADMesh to create STL files from single layer GDS. I've shown that QP can diffuse within my current chip set up, we will need to swap to correct chip geometry, but that should be as simple as running the GDS to JSON on the correct coordinates of the GDS file.
Currently main issue: geometry issue with current extrusion approach to chip design. I will try and see if I can do STL version instead but we'll see if I have time.
Added some new analysis code I used to graph QP density/time around JJ also several other things. Edited the README to clarify more specifics.
