[Bug] Insights homepage fails to load if any/all AI features are disabled

What happened?

Struggled to put this under feature requests or bugs, but the insights screen just fails to load if the AI features are disabled, even if with all of those features enabled those sections would be empty without an AI model enabled.

Disabled the cycle feature hides it automatically from the Insights page, but Mood does not get the same treatment?

Expected behavior

Insights page to show, just with the LLM-based things hidden.

1. Disable AI features under Coach
2. Navigate to the Insights page

thanks for this report, and for attaching the log. It showed exactly what was going on.

When the assistant is switched off on the server, HealthLog also switched off a handful of Insights reads that don't use AI at all. The main overview request was one of them, so the page refused to load instead of just hiding the AI parts. The same switch even blocked ECG uploads from the iOS app.

I've put the fix up in #982. Those reads no longer depend on the assistant switch, and the parts that do use a model still disappear the way you'd expect.

You were right about Mood as well. Turning the mood module off already hid the Mood tab, but the trends row on the overview kept showing a mood chart. The same change fixes that.

The fix will ship with the next release. Thanks again for taking the time to put this together!

With the assistant switched off, the Insights overview, the derived tiles, the ECG list and the rhythm events load normally again, and an ECG sent from the watch is no longer refused. Turning the mood module off now also clears mood from the trends row, which was the second half of your report.

One thing worth knowing for your setup: those reads follow the Insights module now, so switching that module off hides them on purpose. Thanks again for the log, it pointed straight at the failing requests.
