[Feature] Health Connect import

Problem

Currently there is no direct way to import data from Health Connect (the on-device android feature), webhooks are an option but they're only useful for a daily update, not for historic data.

Proposed solution

Health connect data can be exported to a .db first party (or to CSV with something like Heartwood), could those be made importable?

In the future a sync solution might be nice too, but I appreciate they might be more work.

@CritLoren thanks for this, and good call on keeping it apart from the Google Health side. They really are two different things.

Importing a Health Connect export makes a lot of sense to me, mostly for the history, which is exactly the part webhooks can't give you. I've put it on the roadmap. I can't promise a date though, so please don't expect it overnight.

One thing worth knowing: someone from the community is building a native Android app for HealthLog right now, next to the iOS app. Once that's further along, it may be able to read Health Connect directly on the phone and keep things in sync on its own. Stay tuned on that one.

An import would still be worth having either way, for everyone who'd rather not install another app. So both stay on the list.
