Dependency bump, all 18 checks pass on the rebase onto the fixed master.

merge: regenerate both lockfiles after the npm group bump
93025ba 
master and this branch both rewrote aisdb_web/package-lock.json and
docs/package-lock.json, which cannot be reconciled line by line, so regenerate
them from the merged manifests. The bumps this branch is for are all present in
the result: express 5.2.1, ol 10.9.0, typescript 7.0.2 and vite 8.1.4.

Worth recording that no workflow builds either directory, so a green CI run says
nothing about these four major bumps. Verified by hand instead: npm ci succeeds
in both, and the map bundle builds under vite 8 and ol 10.

fix(web): point the build script at the map entry
1722dfa 
npm run build in aisdb_web fails with "Cannot resolve entry module index.html",
because index.html lives in map/ and the script omitted the root argument the
dev script already passes. No workflow runs it, which is why it has been broken
since the script was introduced.

Verified: npm run build now produces dist_map.
