Feature #19 introduces new game mechanics - interception, tags, and stunning.
Both should be indicated in the GUI.
Tags should just be displayed somehow. Not urgent, we will replace it with graphic anyway.
Stun is a bool value - stunned kaiju cannot intercept or act at the end of the turn. Should be indicated to see it is harmless for now.
Intercept specifies a tag and a number - cards with that tag are discarded instead of played, up to the specified count.
