Docs: Remove CLAUDE.md and name work branches feat/<topic> - #145

Claude Code reads AGENTS.md directly, so CLAUDE.md (which only imported it) is gone and AGENTS.md says not to add one. Work branches are feat/<topic>, merged with --delete-branch; only main, develop and release stand, release-* snapshots are kept, and merged branches are deleted periodically (checked by pull request state, since pull requests are rebase-merged). A pushed branch is never force-pushed; a rebase goes to a new branch.
