Updates npm dependencies. Changes: @types/node ^24->^26, @typescript-eslint/* ^8.0->^8.61, aws-cdk-lib ^2.120->^2.260, constructs ^10.3->^10.6, ts-node ^10.9.0->^10.9.2. Applied lint:fix. Kept eslint at v8 (flat config migration needed for v9+), typescript at v5 (ts-jest compat), jest/ts-jest at v29. All 13 test suites pass (270 tests).
