Bump to 0.2.2 with the CHANGELOG for the upstream v0.4.12 sync (AutoThrottle, CSV/XML export), the audit bug-fix batches, engine concurrency fixes, complete robots.txt matching, ::text/::attr() support, and the full rustdoc pass. Merging this to master triggers the release pipeline (tag, GitHub release, crates.io publish via trusted publishing).
