Dependency of LinxISA/linx-isa#203. Strictly authenticates both the current LinxISA main catalog and the exact DIM-default transition catalog; every other catalog hash remains rejected. Generated instruction tables are unchanged (773 forms). Local Minst tests are 14/14 and model CTests 12/12; all hosted format/lint/build/UT/ST/sanitizer/docs checks pass.
