Bind codec generation and CI freshness to LinxISA commit 81bfd0e4, regenerate the 757-form tables, and reject retired scalar branches and pre-0.58.3 B.IOT/B.IOS/B.FPATR shapes. Update Shared tile PEmode/SizeCode evidence and capacity limits.\n\nRefs LinxISA/linx-isa#180
