Replaces the temporary first-use topic SHA with canonical merged LinxISA main e0d686c4 in both hosted authority jobs and the exact guard. Authority blobs are unchanged.\n\nFocused unit 8/8, YAML, Ruff/syntax, diff-check PASS. Independent review PASS.
