Align bootstrap manifests and operational skills with the completed aly to txy3 migration. Preserve aly ingress for the independent wegolibrary app, pin migrated Core/Mongo images, and document stable Alibaba DNS, credentials, cold-copy recovery, service health and schema/WAL safeguards. The installed skill has been synchronized; wrapper tests, skill validation and real txy3 Core bootstrap validation pass. Deployment contract validation runs in CI because this isolated checkout has no installed TypeScript dependency. No product rollout is requested by this infrastructure documentation change.
