Summary

Replace cloudflare/wrangler-action in the Documentation deploy job with the repository-pinned Wrangler CLI.

Why

The Node 24-compatible wrangler-action@v4 still leaves an extra install/probe layer around Wrangler, and the main-branch deployment is still failing there. The docs package already pins wrangler to 4.122.0, so the deploy job can call Wrangler directly and eliminate that failure surface.

Changes

  • remove cloudflare/wrangler-action
  • set up Node 22 explicitly for the deploy job
  • use npx --yes wrangler@4.122.0 pages deploy Wiki/out
  • pass CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN and CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID through Wrangler's standard environment variables
  • add explicit preflight errors for missing/empty Cloudflare secrets
  • pass production branch and commit SHA explicitly
  • drop unnecessary deployments: write permission

No application/runtime code changes.
