Merge docker compose development purpose

Can we add the Asterisk image to this Docker compose ? Ideally ari-apps and asterisk should be deployed together so we can update ari-apps and test. Otherwise we would need to run two separate docker compose files and it is less than optimal.

I recommend keeping the docker compose environment in the Asterisk project the same, but we need to add Asterisk dependency here in this codebase. If it makes things simpler you can just copy the code from the docker compose file in the asterisk repository and add it here.

Let me know if this can be done and how long it will take.

We need to modification on ari-apps, aright? Most often than asterisk. So, this docker compose image added on ari-apps project.
