[Round B] Peer check of #715 against #718 Φ / IC TL #719

Description

@LightChainr

Parent: #650. Round B peer check. Retrieval-only. No Huawei.

You did not write PR #715. Review it. Required later correction: draft #718 (notes/p398-is-periodic-tl-20260912.md) constructs Φ: NC-partitions(w) ↔ NC-matchings(2w) with Φ D_i = e_{2i} Φ, Φ J_i = e_{2i+1} Φ. That falsifies #715’s “TL is join-only on pairings, P398 is join+detach on partitions”.

Deliverable

notes/cross-check-pr715-from-718-YYYYMMDD.md draft PR against main. Do not merge. Do not close #713/#715/#718.

Required fetches (PRIMARY)

  1. PR [#713] Literature retrieval: double-pulse / bilinear kernels vs P398 odd-sector certificate (do not merge) #715 note notes/lit-double-pulse-observability-20260912.md (full).
  2. Aspect-uniform matching roots; P398 is periodic IC TL (do not merge) #718 note notes/p398-is-periodic-tl-20260912.md (full; git fetch origin pull/718/head if not on main).
  3. Pearce–Rittenberg–de Gier–Nienhuis arXiv:math-ph/0209017 (IC vs DC).
  4. Cantini–Sportiello arXiv:1003.3376 (reconnection / RS), at least the generator definition if the RS proof is too long.
  5. Petreczky ESAIM COCV 17 (2011) Part II Thm 2.3(iii) — confirm [#713] Literature retrieval: double-pulse / bilinear kernels vs P398 odd-sector certificate (do not merge) #715 kept this correctly.

Output table

Every load-bearing sentence of #715: KEEP / CORRECT / DROP, with a quotation from a PRIMARY page. Explicitly: which of Hankel/Volterra/EFC/TL-process-id survive. Do not re-derive #709 ranks.

Wait for ASSIGNED_MACHINE.
